2. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data in two main ways:

  1. You give it to us yourself, for example when you:

    • Contact us via a form, email or phone

    • Subscribe to our newsletter

    • Create an account or profile

    • Apply for a job

  2. We collect it automatically when you use our website or services.

Below is an overview of the personal data we may process:

  • First and last name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Account information (such as username, and other profile details you provide)

  • Application information (CV, cover letter, other info you share in an application)

  • Other personal data you share in emails, forms, or over the phone

Data we collect automatically

  • Location data (for example, based on your IP address during a session)

  • Information about your activities on our website (which pages you visit, clicks, etc.)

  • Data about your browsing behavior across different websites (if cookies/trackers are enabled)

  • Internet browser type and device type

  • Weblogs and analytics data (technical logs, performance data, usage statistics)


3. Children and minors

Our website and services are not intended for children under 16 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect data from visitors younger than 16 unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. We cannot fully verify ages, so we ask parents and guardians to stay involved in their children’s online activities.

6. Sharing your data with third parties

  • It is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you (for example, service providers that help us deliver our services), or

  • We need to do so to comply with a legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data.

Where possible, we sign data processing agreements with third parties to ensure your data is handled securely and according to privacy laws.

We aim to respond to your request as quickly as possible and within four weeks.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data or your request, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority).
